The architectural and performative intervention 𝗮𝗹𝗹.𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲.𝗮𝗹𝗹.𝗻𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 works as a communicator in the city for a diverse and heterogeneous urban life. It is situated in a public space and invites people to cook and eat together—individuals who may not typically cross paths come into contact and share their daily routines and ideas. Most of the ingredients for the cooking were discarded goods that would typically have ended up in the trash due to their appearance and shelf life. The architectural installation was constructed using found objects, recycled materials, and handmade items, evolving visually, tactually, and aromatically with its use. ‚A dish does not work without its various ingredients, each of which contributes a part. A table doesn’t work without the togetherness. Eating alone is no fun. Even less cooking just for yourself. No one gets probably a tomato to the head, who sews someone’s finger on when you cut it off, and the big question mark: who actually oversalts the soup when you’re not in love? Everyone is invited, everyone is allowed to be absent. Maybe we get a Michelin star or we vomit – the main thing is we do it together.’
